Refund and Returns Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Mahjong Tables Africa, we work hard to ensure that the tables sold on our website are handcrafted to a high standard of quality using quality materials. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it unused and in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Damaged or Faulty Table

If your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 7 days of receipt. Once we have verified the claim, a replacement table will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

If you do not notify us about the damaged table within 7 days of receiving your order, we may generally be unable to refund or replace the item. Please ensure that the table remains unused and that its original packaging is retained.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the table within 14 days of receiving your order. Mahjong Tables Africa will provide you with a return address once you have notified us of your intention to return the table.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned table, we will process the applicable refund. Refunds will be processed at the discretion of management. The cost of shipping the returned table back to us must be covered by you. Any additional charges incurred as a result of the return will also be passed on to you. The original shipping cost paid for delivery to your address will not be refunded.

Disclaimers

If an order is returned due to customer dissatisfaction, or if a damaged order cannot be returned, Mahjong Tables Africa reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned order has been received, where applicable.

If Mahjong Tables Africa incurs additional courier charges due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to charge these costs to the customer.
