Shipping Policy

At Mahjong Tables Africa, we know you’re excited to get your new table. We strive to deliver your mahjong tables safely and quickly across South Africa.

1. Delivery Costs

• Gauteng: We offer FREE delivery for all orders shipped within Gauteng.

• Nationwide (Outside Gauteng): For deliveries to other provinces (Western Cape, KZN, etc.), standard courier rates will apply. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

2. Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners, the following estimated delivery times apply:

• Gauteng: 1–3 business days.

• Major Centers (CPT, DBN, PE): 2–4 business days.

• Regional / Remote Areas: 3–5 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages

Mahjong Tables Africa takes great care in packaging your mahjong table to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at [INSERT UPDATED EMAIL ADDRESS] or 082 444 5432. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Collection

Prefer to collect? You are welcome to arrange a collection from our premises. Please contact us beforehand to confirm your order is ready.
